Go to Chase’s website and find the “credit cards” option at the top left third of the page, right between “checking & savings” and “home loans”.

There you must scroll down to find the United℠ Explorer Card. When you find it, click on “apply now”. This will take you to the application form page.

Enter your first and last name, along with your date of birth and your mother’s maiden name. Then, select your Tax ID type and enter its number.

Further below, select your address type and inform its details as the website requests them. Also, you must enter your email address and phone number. 

If you are already a MileagePlus member, you may now provide your MileagePlus number. If not, you will be automatically enrolled when you’re approved for this credit card.

Below, choose your type of residence, employment status, and inform your total gross annual income.

Finally, read through the pricing and terms for the card, as well as the certifications before checking the box certifying you’ve read and agree with them.

Then hit “submit” and you are done!
